Tadalafil – 25mgx30ml
Tadalifil is a research chemical believed to treat impotence or erectile dysfunction. It is popularly known as the Cialis which is the third FDA approved medicine of its time, after Viagra and Levitra. The FDA officially approved the use of Cialis in October 2011. Aside from impotence, Cialis can also possibly address the symptoms of enlarged prostate or BPH, which stands for benign prostatic hyperplasia.
Tadalifil is also marketed under the brand Adcirca, which is a drug recommended for an entirely different disorder. Adcirca is known to address pulmonary arterial hypertension. It may also improve the exercise capacity in men and women. Research shows that Tadalifil relaxes the muscle in the blood vessels, which results in increased blood flow in different areas of the body.
The joint venture of ICOS Corporation and Eli Lilly developed and marketed Tadalifil. However, the patent of Eli Lilly on Cialis ended in 2017 in the EU, thus allowing generic drug manufacturers to produce their own version of Tadalifil.

As a generic drug, Tadalafil belongs to a group of medications referred to as the phosphodiesterase 5 or PDE5 inhibitors. It is said to work by relaxing the prostate and bladder while increasing blood flow in specific parts of the body.
As research indicates, Tadalafil is a prescription drug that was intended for pulmonary hypertension and erectile dysfunction. Initially, Tadalafil was developed to treat heart diseases but further studies showed that it is more effective for the disorders listed above. It is currently marketed under different brands across the world, particularly as Tadacip in India.
How Tadalafil Works
As a PDE5 inhibitor, Tadalafil initiates the breakdown of cGMP or the cyclic guanosine monophosphate. As a result, it induces smooth muscle relaxation. Studies show that this is how it can prolong an erection and address pulmonary hypertension.
However, there are some known side effects to using Tadalafil and these include dizziness, flushing, dyspepsia, rhinitis, headaches, and hypotension. In rare and severe instances, one’s vision and hearing may also be affected. But then, most of these side effects will go away after one to two hours. For back pain associated with Tadalafil, healing time is usually two days.
Tadalafil may also interact with other medicines, herbal supplements, and vitamins. It may be necessary for one to check his or her blood pressure if dizziness is experienced on the first use. Taking this drug requires a valid prescription. Be sure to tell your health expert all of your underlying health conditions before taking it.
Generally, Tadalafil can’t be used along with nitrates and recreational drugs. Use should also be discontinued if rash, hives, swelling, or difficulty of breathing is observed. As for foods, grapefruit and grapefruit juices should be avoided. Cialis is not recommended for women.
